 ABOUT DJ MIKE D
Mike D... one of the best-known DJs, producers, and MCs to ever come out of Hawaii and accomplish national and global status.
More than "just another DJ", he reigns as one of the most requested djs and remixers in Hawaii and the United States. Just about every radio mix show DJ nationwide has either heard of or plays a track from this 26 year-old's remix arsenal. His musical range is very extensive, ranging from just about anything and everything, pulling inspiration from all factions of genres. Known for maintaining a fresh atmosphere and sound that clients and patrons love to hear, his swag and ambition for making the party hot also shines through in his workÉ sometimes literally! (he has been known to set records on fire... HEAT BABY!)
Born June 8th, 1982, this party king began his career in 1997, and currently is DJing at Hawaii's Premiere nightspots:
 After leaving the role as head dj at Level 4 Nightclub & Ultralounge, Mike D walks the role at the world famous Zanzabar Nightclub in Waikiki, Hawaii's multi-million dollar nightclub. Whenever he steps into the club, he is known for making it a "Mike D" type of party; and also works with many of Hawaii's top promoters: Flash and Matty, Rick Rock Productions, and Artist Groove Network, just to name a few. Not only "just working" at many of these night clubs, he brings the reputation for "bringing the party" and "making it his own". During his "Bruce Wayne" part of the day, Mike D is Production Manager, On-Air personality & an On-Air Mixer for Hawaii's leading radio group and top CHR-rhythmic, Cox Radio Hawaii and Power 104.3.
Mike D has done shows with many of chart topping artist. He has a history of spinning for artist shows such as Rihanna, Common, Ying Yang Twinz, Tommy Lee, Biz Markie, Asia Cruise, Ray J, Omarion, Lloyd, Raven Symone, DJ Rectangle, Nick Cannon, Paula Deanda, America's Best Dance Crew Super Cr3w, Supreme Soul, and many more.
Always creating that fresh new vibe and style, his ever growing remix collection has featured many platinum artistsÉ Some official tracks include Justin Timberlake - My Love, Chris Brown ft T-Pain & T.O.K - Kiss Kiss, Ciara - Promise, and David Guetta -- Love Is Gone Remix (complete official and un-official track listing in blog).
