* VIP Guest List Request/Confirmation may be revoked at anytime for any reason.
* Only valid for VIP Valid Date Indicated Below
* You will put on the Zanzabar Email announcement list
* Dress code is enforced
* Limited to 1 approved request per 30 days for each day of the week
